Esand is an outcome of experience and innovation which aims to produce a better alternative to river sand for various construction purposes. We manufacture sustainable sand products which are free from clay, silt, oversize particles and various organic impurities. Innovation technology behind Esand involves advanced size reduction equipment and two staged washing process which helps in eliminating the impurities. Our manufacturing unit is compatible to produce various size and gradations of sand which are suitable for concrete, plastering and masonry as per the requirement.
ENGINEERED
E - Sand is manufactured from hard granite stone using state of the art technology, that uses two stage washing & size reduction equipment, to get required grades & sizes of sand. Our commitment is to provide such a sand, that best suits for concrete Plastering and Masonry. This is achieved by controlling and eliminating the excess superfine particles that are -75 microns (Slit). Particles below 150 microns are reduced significantly. This requires innovation and precise engineering, which is achieved in our system consistently.
ECONOMICAL
Time is considered as an economical factor for a construction project. Waiting for river sand and buying it from distant places for high prices doesn’t prove to be a solution. So through E Sand, we aim to provide an uninterrupted supply of material that is irrespective of the seasons and weather conditions and the best part – we promise a constant price! As logistics also plays an important role, we are located close to the city and can reach any working site in a short period of time. Sieve Wastage: E Sand needs no additional efforts to be sieved, as it is free from oversized particles, grit and shell and is thus graded to the standards of plaster and masonry. Spillage: As it is also available in bags 9 as per the customer requirements) which eliminates the spillage & dumping loss, which accounts to be around 15 – 20%
